sceair.org informs of availability of resources regarding immigration legal assistance and other matters, such as educational services including English as Second Language and civics lessons. Content in this site is strictly for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

3. Limited Resources and Non-guaranteed Services

Our resources are limited and contingent upon funding and the support of a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, whose commitment enables us to offer assistance at an affordable or low cost price. However, due to limited resources, such as availability of funding and staff and volunteers, not everyone eligible for our services might be guaranteed services. 

4. Quality of Services

If services are provided, no representation is made that the quality of those services would be better or greater than services rendered by other entities. 

5. Limitation of Liability 

Southern Center for Equity Advancement and Immigrant Refuge's volunteers and staff, including any and all associated affiliations and parties, are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.

6. Tax-deductible Donations

Southern Center for Equity Advancement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and as per IRS section 501(c)(3), donations made to this organization are tax-deductible.
